Do you like to drink strong beers? A Doppelbock with 8 % vol., a Belgian Quadrupel with 11 % vol. or a Barrel-Aged Barley Wine with 14 % vol. How about a wheat beer with 15 % vol., an Eisbock with 30 % vol. or even the strongest beer in the world with 57 % vol.?
The strongest beers in the world are brewed at Schorschbräu in Gunzenhausen (Middle Franconia). For our Pentecost excursion, brewmaster Georg ‘Schorsch’ Tscheuschner will open the doors to his brewery on Tuesday, the 10th of June 2025 and give us an insight into the world of strong beers as part of a brewmaster tour. The tour begins with a light lunch as the basis for the tasting. Explore the world's strongest beers with us and take advantage of the exclusive opportunity to purchase beer directly from the brewery - such as FAT SCHORSCH, the strongest barrel beer in the world.
We look forward to your participation!
A contribution towards expenses of € 40 (member price: € 20) is charged for participation in the excursion. The event only has a limited number of places.
Please register bindingly by e-mail (to verein@dercaw.de).
